  • No. Each package is designed for the entire property to ensure a cohesive look and feel.

    However, you can upgrade selected items within a package such as larger televisions or upgraded sofas, and we also offer add-ons like coffee machines and additional artwork.

    Minor adjustments can be made to suit the layout where needed, and these can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

  • No. We just need access to the property. We'll coordinate timing with you and handle the rest. You don't need to be there.

  • We can handle multiple properties, whether that's a developer finishing off a block of units or an investor with a few properties to sort at once. Get in touch and we'll talk through the best approach.

  • We take the layout and measurements into account when selecting furniture, so this is rare. If something unexpected comes up on the day, we'll sort it.

  • No strict minimum. Get in touch with your property details and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.

  • A 10 to 12 week lead time is recommended to ensure all items, including sofas, are delivered on schedule. Where timelines are tighter, we’ll always work to find a solution.

  • A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote, at which point all items will be secured and ordered with our suppliers. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion.
